The United Kingdom’s Secretary of State for Business and Trade, Peter Kyle is leading the UK delegation to Los Angeles. Confirmed delegates will have the opportunity to join him on the British Airways charter flight from London Heathrow to Los Angeles.
British Airways are offering an exclusive discount on flights for UK delegates unable to fly to LA on the charter flight or wishing to make their own travel arrangements to attend Greater Together LA.

The Four Seasons, Sun Rose West Hollywood and Fairmont Century Plaza hotels will be used as a hub to provide return transport for delegates to programme venues.
The Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel have offered a 20% discount on the best available room rate at time of booking for delegates attending Greater Together LA.
If you would prefer to arrange your own accommodation, we recommend staying in West Hollywood to be close to the iconic LA venues where programme activities will take place. Please note that delegates booking accommodation separate to the hotel hubs we will be using will be responsible for organising their own transport during the programme.

To enter or transit through the US, you must arrange to have the appropriate documentation such as an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) or a visa. The VWP (Visa Waiver Program) enables most citizens or nationals of participating countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa.
