Currency: Mexican Peso is the currency used in Mexico City.

Time Zone: Mexico City operates on Central Standard Time (CST), which is UTC−6, and observes Central Daylight Time (CDT) at UTC−5 during the summer months.

Power Outlets: Mexico City uses Type A and Type B power outlets, which are identical to those used in the United States and Canada

Transportation: Mexico City has an excellent public transport system, with metro and buses keeping the city well connected. If you prefer a taxi be sure to use an official one or order a ride using apps such as Uber.

Global Connectivity: The city is served by two airports: Mexico City International Airport (MEX) and Felipe Ángeles Airport (NLU). A wide range of international flights, mostly landing at NLU are available.
