Online registration for the Migraine Event and Neuro Network Day is now open!

Registration is open for HCPs and free of charge.

Please note pre-registration is recommended and registration will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration includes

  • Admittance to the Migraine Event on Friday evening
  • Admittance to the Neuro Network Day sessions on Saturday morning
  • Dinner on Friday evening
  • Welcome coffee, coffee break and lunch on Saturday
  • Accommodation for those who are registered for both events
  • Symposium materials: programme book, notepad & pen...

 

Confirmation

In case of an individual booking, the participant will receive an email confirmation when the registration is final.

In case of a group booking the registration confirmation can be sent to the group responsible or to the individual delegate, depending on the email address that is filled out in the field "Email Correspondence" on the first page of the registration form.
 

    Individual Registration

    Registrations should be made online and are available until the day of the Symposium.

    The registration cannot be shared by two or more participants. As such, only the participant whose name appears on the registration file may pick up the badge onsite and no substitutions will be allowed once the badge has been picked up.

    A cancelled registration can be taken over by another participant (= name change) until Wednesday 22 September 2021. 

     

    COVID-19 Measurements

    Please note we will take all COVID-19 measurements, which apply on 8 and 9 October, in mind.

     

    Scientific Speed Dating Session

    As last year, the Neuro Network Day programme will also include interactive Scientific Speed Dating sessions on various therapeutic areas which you will be able to select during the registration process.

     

    Accommodation

    For neurologists who attend both events, we will offer free of charge accommodation. However, please be informed a limited number of hotel rooms is available, so it is suggested to register as soon as possible.
