Registration

The congress registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and networking cocktail on Thursday and Friday.

Pre-registrations are accepted until 18th December 2019. After that date, regular fee will be applied.

Payment by bank transfer is recommended. Payment by credit card is subject to an extra 2.5% of the amount due to cover credit card charges.

Confirmation of registration will be sent to participants prior to the congress.

Please bring your confirmation letter on-site and present it at the welcome desk to receive your badge.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

75% of registration fee may be refunded upon written cancellation to bsc@downtowneurope.be before 16th January 2020. Payment is non-refundable thereafter.
