Bloomsbury ‘History of Crime, Deviance and Punishment’ book series
https://www.bloomsbury.com/uk/series/history-of-crime-deviance-and-punishment
Academic interest in the history of crime and punishment has never been greater and the History of Crime, Deviance and Punishment series provides a home for the wealth of new research being produced. Individual volumes within the series cover topics related to the history of crime and punishment, from the later medieval to modern period, and seek to demonstrate the importance of this subject in furthering understanding of the way in which various societies and cultures operate. When taken together, the works in the series will show the evolution of the nature of illegality and attitudes towards its perpetration over time and will offer their readers a rounded and coherent history of crime and punishment through the centuries. The series' broad chronological and geographical coverage encourages comparative historical analysis of crime history between countries and cultures.

'Emerald Advances in Historical Criminology' book series
https://books.emeraldinsight.com/page/series-detail/Emerald-Advances-In-Historical-Criminology/
Advances in Historical Criminology offers a platform for exciting and original work which uses historical perspectives and approaches to enrich scholarship in criminology and related fields. The series embraces a broad, pluralistic understanding of ‘the historical’ and its potential applications to criminology. It provides an inclusive platform for a range of approaches which, in various ways, seek to orient criminological enquiry to history or to the dynamics of historical time. It welcomes work which makes a valuable contribution to criminology irrespective of disciplinary affiliation, theoretical framing or methodological practice. It provides a platform both for conventional studies in the history of crime and criminal justice, but also for innovative and experimental work which extends the conceptual, theoretical, methodological and topical range of historical criminology.

Crime, Histoire & Sociétés/Crime, History & Societies - Bi-lingual, peer-reviewed journal
https://journals.openedition.org/chs/?lang=en
Crime, History and Societies is the official journal of the International Association for the History of Crime and Criminal Justice, founded in 1978. Since its first issue in 1997 it has become the main journal in this research domain. Over the last thirty years, historical works on criminal institutions, the police, justice, sentencing and criminality have been profoundly transformed. Writing the history of crime now questions the socially accepted definitions of order and disorder, the legitimacy of structures, ways maintaining order, how to integrate new social groups, and public expectations of justice in society.
