What platform will the forum be held on?
The forum will be held on the Zoom webinar platform.

How do I access the forum?
You will receive an email from INSOL with a link to access the forum the day before the event. There will also the option to dial in by phone if you prefer. A link to a list of international phone numbers will be provided. 

How do I get the best connection?
For the best viewing experience, we would recommend using a laptop or desktop PC, using headphones and watching over a stable internet connection. We recommend setting the view to "Speaker View". You can change this by clicking on the "View" icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. 

What if I want to share this event with a colleague?
If you would like to nominate a colleague to attend, please ask them to register. 

What if I am not available to attend?
The content will be recorded and available on our ART website following the forum, for all registered participants.

What is the cost?
There is no charge to attend the forum.
