About the event

This 23rd annual meeting continues to set new standards in medical education for these closely linked disease areas and a world class faculty will again present and discuss leading edge developments in their specialities.

 

The meeting is supported and endorsed by 'the Lancet' medical journal and its Editor-in-Chief, Dr Richard Horton. The event is also supported by Brigham & Women's Hospital and their leading clinicians Dr Peter Libby & Dr Marc Pfeffer.

 

Accreditation

Cardiology, Diabetes & Nephrology at the Limits is accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Cardiology (EBAC) for 8 hours of External CME credits. Each participant should claim only those hours of credit that have actually been spent in the educational activity. EBAC works according to the quality standards of the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME), which is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). Industry sponsored sessions and presentations are excluded from EBAC accreditation. ID: 2022-EPN-318-000-000

CDNATL is supported by way of grants or sponsorship from the pharmaceutical industry. Our supporters have no involvement in the organisation of this event, or the selection of speakers or topics which are handled entirely independently by the event Chairs. Supporters are invited to send a delegation of senior company representatives to attend, and their role is simply to continue building the crucial understanding between academia and industry in a scientific setting. Directions: The Royal College of Physicians is located next to Regent's Park in the centre of London. It is easily accessible by all forms of transport. The main entrance can be reached by approaching the Outer Circle from Park Square East and the A501 Marylebone Road.

Car parking: The RCP has free car parking for disabled visitors and limited parking for event organisers. It is situated outside the congestion charge zone.

There are public car parks located on A4201 Portland Place, Devonshire Street, Munster Square, Cardington Street within walking distance.
