Schneider Electric is committed to protecting the health and safety of our attendees, employees, and presenters. We follow the established protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and ask that all in-person event attendees do the same. Schneider Electric will continue to assess the evolving public health guidance regarding large gatherings and adapt accordingly. These guidelines are subject to US government and local rules and regulations. Please check this page periodically for updates about health and safety requirements for attendees and employees. 

We encourage every individual to make informed decisions about attending our events in the best interest of their own health as well as the health of others. If you cannot or choose not to comply with the Innovation Days: Link 2022 on-site health and safety requirements, you will not be able to attend.

In-person attendance requirements

All attendees, presenters, and Schneider Electric employees at this event must verify that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR test negative within 72 hours prior to the event. The conference will implement a third-party application using Clear to verify vaccination status OR a negative test. We do not require Boosters.

This guidance applies to COVID-19 vaccines authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO) or approved for full use by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on or before January 25, 2022. The full list of emergency use and authorized vaccines can be found here.

If an attendee or employee does not meet one of these requirements, they will not be permitted to attend the event.

Proof of vaccination status OR negative test

As part of our commitment to the safety at Innovation Days: Link 2022, all attendees must provide either a COVID -19 Vaccination Record or a Negative COVID-19 Test before checking in.

Schneider Electric will be using Health Pass by CLEAR, which provides a secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via the free CLEAR mobile app. Complete your health screening with Health Pass by CLEAR ahead of time for expedited check-in and entry!

For the most efficient entry possible, every attendee should enroll with CLEAR before the event to complete their COVID-19 pre-screening. Once your vaccination record has been uploaded to the platform, it can typically take up to 30 minutes for your status to be verified. We encourage all attendees to complete this process at least 24 hours before the event.

Health Pass by CLEAR

Get ready for the event by downloading CLEAR for free and completing the one time enrollment process to verify your entry requirements. You’ll be able to use Health Pass to confirm entry requirements before entering through the CLEAR Fast Lanes.

Step 1: Download and enroll in CLEAR

Download the CLEAR app and tap on the white Health Pass tile.
1. Select “Have a Code?” and enter the code that was emailed to you
Tap “Enroll or verify your in CLEAR” to create your CLEAR member account
1. New to CLEAR? When prompted, enter your email address, phone number, and have your gov’t issued photo ID ready to complete enrollment
2. Already a CLEAR member? Use the email address associated with your membership and snap a quick selfie to verify your identity
Continue to follow prompts on the Entry Requirements page to securely confirm your proof of vaccination or negative test results

Step 2: Before arriving to the event, complete your Health Pass for faster entry at check-in

Open the CLEAR app and tap on the white Your Pass tile
Confirm your identity with a quick selfie and please complete the health survey
Tap “Open Health Pass” to get your result. Green means you’re good to go!

Schneider Electric reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time as health and safety protocols evolve.

Mask policy
Schneider Electric has dropped all mask mandates in our offices and Larimer County no longer requires masks indoors. We will continue to monitor and if either of those policies change, we may need to adjust and require masks again. If that were to happen last minute, we will have enough masks available for all attendees.

Physical distancing policy
Attendees will be required to comply with the recommendations from the CDC on physical distancing between themselves and others throughout the event.

Cleanliness guidelines
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the event areas and in the exhibit hall. Wash hands often with soap for at least 20 seconds and/or use hand sanitizer before and after touching shared items.

Food and drink
The event venue and its partners follow strict safety guidelines.

Illness
Attendees should not come to Innovation Days: Link 2022 activities if they feel sick or exhibit symptoms of illness. Please refer to the CDC guidelines. See CDC Guidelines.
