The 2022 course will start on Tuesday 24th May, with further modules on 14th and 15th June and in July.

Module 1 (3 days): Leading people and building high performing teams

Module 2 (2 days): Customer leadership, practice culture and human factors

Module 3 (2 days): Financial leadership and business planning

An opportunity to connect with other members of the XLVets community in a similar position to you, people who are keen to learn new things and a group that you can bounce ideas and thoughts off long after the course has finished.

This programme is ideally suited for: Practice owner, partner, director, key decision makers in the senior management team, or leaders aspiring to become part of the senior management team.

Included: Four nights accommodation, evening meals and lunches.
