Before the conference

  • Travel directions (car, taxi, public transport)
  • If you indicated during your registration that you prefer to share a taxi, please make sure all details are filled in. A week prior to the conference, we will send an e-mail if we were able to make a match.
  • Find here everything you need to know about coronavirus and travel for your trip to the Netherlands. Even when you’re already vaccinated. If
  • Register your sessions and activities before September 26th. Login into your registration form with your email address and reference number (see your confirmation) and select the sessions and activities. Go the last page to save. Within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail to confirm your updated registration.
  • Add your favourite music number to our spotify list. We will play this list during the Bowling / dance event
  • Photography and filming will occur throughout the Conference. Excerpts will be available for INSA Members via the INSA website. Some round table discussions will be voice-recorded to provide a record that facilitates INSA’s work going forward. If for a specific reason you would want to be excluded, please email info@congres4u.nl

 

On arrival

  • The INSA desk is open on Tuesday 4th October between 16:00 and 19:00, Wednesday 5th October between 08:00 and 17:30
  • You will receive a badge with your personal program and welcome dinner ticket (if booked). Make sure you have your badge with you every day. Duplicates will not be provided.
  • Check in hotel room: from 15.00 hrs
  • If you arrive before 15.00 hrs there is a luggage room available.

  • Floorplan Hotel Zuiderduin (rooms will be added to the short program a week before the conference).
  • A Doodle Wall is in the lounge to share questions, thoughts and ideas, ongoing projects, proposals for collaborations/meetings, websites, resources, etc.
  • The market place is on day 2 in the lounge

Your hotel room (only if you booked your hotel during registration)

  • Check in: from 15.00hrs.
  • Check out: before 10.30 hrs.
  • Breakfast between 07:00 and 10:30

Lunch / coffee & tea

  • Lunch is provided for conference delegates in the restaurant.
  • On the buffet dishes you’ll find allergy-related information; don’t hesitate to ask the restaurant staff if you have any questions.
  • Coffee and tea is available in the lounge during breaks.

Welcome Dinner (05/10/2022)

  • The welcome dinner is in restaurant Comer for delegates registered for the welcome dinner (additional cost apply).
  • On the buffet dishes you’ll find allergy-related information; don’t hesitate to ask the restaurant staff if you have any questions.

Dinner

  • The hotel restaurant is open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Buy a ticket at the hotel reception on arrival (€ 31,50 dinner and 1 drink) or send an email to evenementen@zuiderduin.nl to make a reservation.
  • Visit one of the numerous restaurants in Egmond aan Zee (check this dining guide). We recommand to make reservations for dinner one day in advance.

Social program

  • The Social Program Team has organized a great range of activities for before, during, and after the conference. Check out the ‘Social Program’ on page 47 of the program. For activities during the conference there is no need to register, but you will need to have registered by 26th September for the pre-conference and post-conference activities.
