Health & Wellbeing

As an organisation, the Association for Art History strives to create events that are inclusive and accessible to as many people as possible. We are keen that those who want to attend the 2020 Annual Conference, can participate fully in sessions and events.

We aim to deliver events that are welcoming and friendly environments for delegates and staff. We expect all delegates to be polite, respectful and collegiate throughout the event. We pride ourselves on delivering successful events that people enjoy and value.

Please let us know as early as possible if you have any specific requirements and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Unfortunately, due to new regulations around COVID-19 prevention measures, the 2020 Annual Conference will NOT take place from 1 - 3 April as planned. This follows guidance from our host Universities that prevents meetings of more than 50 people taking place on campus before the end of April 2020. We are currently looking into options of rescheduling the conference for later in the year and will advise on whether this can be organised as soon as we can. Please check our FAQs for updated responses to common questions.
