Conference attendees - What does my fee include?
 

- Full admission to the 30th ICIS World Base Oils and Lubricants Conference (4-6 February 2026) including:

• Access to all content sessions
• Access to all onsite networking activities
• Refreshments, lunches, and dinners

- Full access to the networking and social activities available* including:

• Pre-conference Drinks Reception - 4 February 2026 (Evening)
• Networking Evening  - 5 February 2026 (Evening)

*These activities are on a first-come, first-served basis as there is limited capacity available.

- Full access to the online Digital Event Management Platform* containing the details of all delegates

• Available from 2 weeks before the event and one-month post-event
• Connect with fellow attendees to arrange 1-2-1 meetings onsite or virtually through the platform
• Connect with event partners to set up meetings and collect their company information

Group Discounts*

The following group discounts are available for attendee bookings from the same company at the same time. 
 

• 5% discount for 3-4 attendees
• 10% discount for 5 or more attendees
