Cancellation Policy – Conflict in the Middle East

Due to the current uncertainty in the Middle East, we have introduced the following temporary additions to our cancellation policy:

1. Company Travel Ban
   If your organisation issues a travel ban that is active at the time of the event, we will issue a full refund of your conference and/or training ticket upon receipt of either:
   • A copy of the official company travel ban
   • A covering note signed by a company director
2. Flight Cancellations
   If your flight is cancelled as a direct result of the conflict in the Middle East, we will provide a full refund of your conference and/or training ticket upon submission of airline cancellation documentation.

Please note: Cancellations under this section must be provided in writing to events.registration@icis.com with the relevant supporting documents within 7 days of the close of the event. All other cancellations are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions, which can be found here.
