Closed Meeting

INSOL and World Bank Group will be holding the fourth Legislative and Regulatory Colloquium on Wednesday 13 September alongside the main conference programme.  This follows on from the highly successful meeting held alongside INSOL London in 2022.

This year the colloquium will be a full day event and we anticipate will be attended by legislators, regulators and others involved in the drafting of insolvency legislation and enable in-depth discussion of what is on the regulatory and legislative agenda across the globe. Delegates will be able to join the discussions by video conference if they are not able to attend in person. The strategic objective of the Legislative and Regulatory Colloquium is to provide a unique forum for those responsible for drafting, enacting and enforcing the laws and rules governing their country’s insolvency and restructuring processes.

Participation is by invitation only to ensure a candid dialogue.
