Luisa met DIT through her role at Lendlease, an Australian multinational construction, property and infrastructure company. Lendlease has a huge pipeline of projects in the UK, approximately AU$40 billion.
As well as a proud mum Luisa is a highly recognised practitioner and keynote speaker on the changing nature of communications and technology innovation.

Our female businesswoman in the hot seat for October was Gen George.
DIT Australia met Gen several years ago when she was looking to expand over to the UK.
Gen is a serial entrepreneur who started her first business in high school. At 21 she launched her first startup: OneShift & Skilld, an employment marketplace for on-demand and contract staffing around Australia.
