Yen Tan is Regional Director, Trade & Investment (Hong Kong, Macau and South China), Invest Northern Ireland at the British Consulate-General in Hong Kong. She is responsible for developing market strategy and partnerships to secure trade and investment in the region. Her focus is to connect businesses and investors between Northern Ireland and Asia Pacific and help venture capital grow their portfolio companies and start-ups to become scale ups. Prior to joining the public sector, Yen was Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division in Sydney, Australia.

Andy joined UKVI, British Embassy Beijing in 2013. He has taken up a business development role in the Business and Growth team of UKVI. In January 2017, Andy was posted to the British Consulate-General Guangzhou as UKVI’s contact person for South China and HongKong area. Before joining UKVI, Andy worked for a marketing consultancy - AC Nielsen’s Beijing Office. And prior to that, Andy worked as an Energy Analyst in Mighty River Power in New Zealand.

Ivan’s current focuses are on fintech, AI, IoT and anything about high growth technology sectors.
