The information below provides useful information on conference registration, accommodation, bursaries and invitation letters.

Conference Registration includes access to all conference sessions, refreshments and lunches. Please note accommodation and the conference dinner are not included in the registration rate and must be booked separately.Conference Registration
Accommodation
Accommodation must be booked separately to your registration. Hotels recommended for delegates are the IBIS Leeds Centre and the Holiday Inn Express - Leeds City Centre, please book your accommodation directly with the hotel. Both hotels are a 20 minute walk from the University of Leeds.
Bursaries
All Bursary applicants have been sent notification of their application status. Decisions communicated by the Conference Committee are final. Successful applicants will be informed of what the bursary covers and how to register in the notification email.
Invitation Letters
Invitation letters will only be issued when your registration is complete and payment has been received. Once you have completed your registration, please contact confadmin@leeds.ac.uk to request a letter. Unsuccessful visa applicants will receive a refund minus the £10 administration fee in accordance with the registration terms and conditions.
