Project Registration Process:
1. Select “New User” and Register
2. Now Select “Submissions” and “Add New”
3. Enter details of society
4. Enter details of main investigators/ project leaders
5. Enter ethics approval number* (from a local institution, university, health board)- if ethics approval was not required, please offer an explanation, or attach ethics exemption form
6. Enter 500-word abstract
7. Once registered you will automatically receive a confirmation email with project registration number
The top 20 abstracts will be chosen to go forward to final submission authors will be notified by the 3rd of August 2021

Final Submission
Closing date for submission of the final project: 31 December 2021
Submission Process:
Part 1: Submission of the project registration number
Part 2: Submission of the written part of the project: Introduction, Literature support, Methodology of the project, Implementation process, Analysis, Findings/Outcomes, Discussion, Conclusion (3000 words);
Part 3: Submission of challenges experienced and how those were dealt with (300 words);
Part 4: Submission of the PowerPoint Slide deck of no more than 20 slides as visual presentation of the project
In 2022
Top 10 to be announced: 30 January 2022
If in the TOP 10, then:
Project completion (Written journal format for publication in journal of your choice): 28 February 2022
Oral presentation (20 min) at the WUWHS congress on day 1 (Society Forum) with an allocated panel of adjudicators present
Top 3 Winners announced at the gala dinner
Wining projects will be presented at the gala dinner/ closing ceremony
*If no journal preference is stated the paper will automatically be submitted to the Journal of Wound Care
