Exhibition registration
The registration for the exhibition is now open.
Exhibition registration fee:
Exhibition stand price is DKK 2.500 ex. VAT pr. sqm and the minimum stand size is 1,5 m x 2 m - please go to registration here.
The stand price includes admission to the scientific program for 2 persons pr. stand.
Coffee breaks, lunches and dinner will be paid seperately.
Link to registration of stand personnel will be sent out shortly.
Atrium will allocate stand space to exhibitors. The wishes of the exhibitor is taken into account as far as possible.
Sponsers:
We are looking for sponsors for venue, catering, and sponsored international lecturers. We will ensure maximum visibility of sponsorships in the invitation to the participants, programs, on information screens and in the exhibition. We hope that you will be generous again this year.

Conditions of Payment:
Exhibition registration fees will be billed for at 100% at time of booking. The payment will be issued by Dansk Lægemiddel Information A/S. All invoices must be paid prior to the congress.
Cancellations:
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made in writing to Atrium. Atrium will refund payments based on the criteria listed below:
- Cancellation more than 45 days prior to event start date: 100% refund
- Cancellation between 45 and 30 days prior to event start date: 75% refund
- Cancellation between 29 and 20 days prior to event start date: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 19 days prior to event start date: No refund
