GUIDELINES

Please carefully read and respect the instructions in order to ensure a smooth organisation and high quality of your participation to the "International Transplantoux Symposium: Time to Move".


Poster and oral presentation - Topics

Please be informed that if you submit an abstract about one of the following topics:

  • Effect of physical activity and training before and after transplantation (Session I)
  • Dietary interventions before and after transplantation (Session II)

you will need to present your poster or give your oral presentation on Friday, 8 February 2019.

If you submit an abstract about the following topics:

  • Young transplantees (Session V)
  • Other (Session IV)

you will need to present your poster or give your oral presentation on Saturday, 9 February 2019.


Guidelines for poster presentation

It is the author's responsibility to print the poster. The exact format will be shared at a later stage.

Posters should be mounted at their assigned spot. Each poster has been assigned a submission ID and each poster panel received a ‘submission ID’ label. Two sided tape will be available to mount the poster. The exact time frame for the poster mounting will be shared at a later stage.

Guidelines for oral presentation

Preparation

All presenters should submit their presentation (PowerPoint, format: 16:9 (not 4:3)) at the welcome and hospitality desk on a USB stick. It is not possible to hand over your presentation in the meeting room. Please write your submission ID on the USB stick.

The name of your PPT file should start with your submission ID, followed by the last name of the presenter and the short title of the abstract. Fe: 12_last name of presenter_short title abstract.pptx.

Your oral presentation

Please be seated on the first rows from the start of the session in which you present.

The moderator will call the names of the presenter.

Your presentation will automatically be shown on the screen.

A clicker will be at your disposal.

It is obligatory to respect your time limit (8' presentation + 2' Q&A).
