Accommodation

 Welcome to your home away from home. We are holding rooms for all guests at Laico Hammamet, where the Conference is taking place. Tunisian Scouts Organisation have negotiated special prices for everyone attending the Conference. However, you are welcome to book directly in other different places close to the venue by yourself.

Please be aware that accommodation is not included in the registration fee. You must book your own accommodation.

The deadline for accommodation booking with our special rates is 30 June 2019. After the deadline, accommodation booking is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the same prices and conditions.

Please note that the rooms booking on a first serve basis, which means cheaper rooms might be sold out quicker.

Reservation and payment

To book your accommodation you can do that during the registration or you can send your booking request at Arab.Reco@wagggs.org and Tunisian Scouts will send you the invoice. You will have to pay the accommodation by bank transfer to the Tunisian Scouts.

 

One night in Single room	$70
One night in Double room	$45 for one person
One night in Triple room	$35 for one person

 

Laico Hammamet is offering the special rates for 3 days before and after the Conference, subject to availability.

Please note that breakfast and Dinner and VAT are included in the daily rate.
