We would like to inform you that Roseline Souebele Mayinga from the Association Des Scouts Et Guides Du Congo Brazzaville and Rachel Tembo from the Girl Guides Association of Zambia have decided to withdraw as candidates for the next Africa Regional Committee for personal reasons. Their names will therefore not be on the ballot when it comes to voting at the Regional Conference for the members of the Africa Regional Committee for 2019-2022.
