Opportunities to partner with the Department for International Trade at Satellite 2019, Washington D.C

The Department for International Trade (DIT) is inviting new to export companies to join the UK Pavilion at Satellite 2019, and promote their products to an international audience.

As part of the Exporting is GREAT campaign, we would like to invite a limited number of promising SMEs from the UK regions and devolved administrations to exhibit as part of the UK Pavilion, to showcase the very best of what the UK as a whole has to offer, and to assist you in taking the next steps on your export journey.

As with previous editions, DIT will be hosting international buyers on the stand for 1-2-1 meetings with UK companies. However, new for 2019 is the area dedicated for new to export companies who will each have a ‘pod style’ area to showcase their products and brand to the international audience.

The co-exhibitor package includes the following:

• Presence on the UK Pavilion – Stand no. 617, this includes a branded cabinet on the stand to display your product with your company logo and one electrical socket. Dimensions will be confirmed upon final stand design approval
• Half page advert in the UK Company Directory
• Logo and short bio (100 words max) in the UK Company Directory , distributed both onsite and digitally pre-event.
• Logo, short bio (100 words max) and website link on co-exhibitor page of DIT Satellite 2019 dedicated event website
• Access to international buyers
• Individual listing as an exhibitor in the Satellite 2019 exhibitor list
• Inclusion in social media promotion
• Promoted as a co-exhibitor wherever possible throughout marketing and communications campaign
• Two exhibitor passes
   

£3,000 + VAT

• Your application will be vetted and needs approval by both your International Trade Advisor and the DIT Sector Team. Places are not confirmed until payment is received
• The price includes the £3,000 ex VAT mandatory co-exhibitor fee
• To be included in the pre-event marketing and brochures, all assets must be supplied prior to print deadlines
