Olympic & Paralympic Games: Embracing the Sustainability Challenge

row-start col-md-7 #top-section top-section new-section

The British Ambassador to France, Lord Llewellyn, has the pleasure of hosting a morning conference dedicated to the organisation of sustainable Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Organising sustainable sports events has become an increasing priority in the face of climate change.

The Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games authorities aim to turn this challenge into a commitment: to become the most sustainable Games of all time.

The teams involved in the Paris and London Olympic and Paralympic Games, Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, and French and British companies, will share their ambitions, expertise, and plans to rise to the environmental challenge on March 5th, 2020 at the Ambassador’s Residence.
