Practical Information


The main conference will take place at Concert Noble. For more information regarding the venue location, please visit the website.

Registration and opening times

The conference venue, registration and helpdesk will be open as from 08:00.

Access to the conference venue will only be granted to registered participants whose attendance has been previously confirmed by the EEAS Organising Team.

Upon arrival at the venue, participants will be requested to show their bar code (which will be sent by email to all confirmed participants prior to the event). The bar code is strictly personal and cannot be exchanged or transferred to any third party. You must show your confirmation email to our staff and collect your personal badge at one of the check-in kiosks in the registration area to access the venue.

The conference starts at 09:00 CET on Tuesday 7 February 2023.

Cloakroom and storage room

A cloakroom service will be operational throughout the event during the venue's opening times. 

For security reasons, you are requested not to leave your personal belongings unattended.


Free WI-FI internet connection will be available throughout the venue. Login details will be provided upon arrival.

Meals and refreshment

Coffee breaks and lunch during the event will be free of charge, with the catering services designed to suit all dietary needs.
