Learn creative techniques to re-design the customer experience by joining one of 15 Design Thinking workshops. This is your opportunity to deep dive into 3 core challenges we hear from our clients every day:

Within each of these core challenges, we offer you different perspectives to help you Fuel Performance 2019. You will get insights into client-specific issues and understand the needs of our clients. Then there will be time for you to engage with your group to generate inspired solutions to these problems and create prototypes for clients to experience your concepts.

These hands-on co-creation sessions will help you to re-imagine how you work with your clients to solve their workforce challenges and equip you with creative techniques to foster innovation. You will learn a methodology to engage with your clients, cultivate a solution-oriented mindset and lead change in designful ways.

How can we guide clients to respond to workforce challenges, such as the growing gig economy and workplace shifts? Which skills will clients need in the future and how should they prepare? General Assembly Classes [afternoon] 


Choose one of these discovery classes – take a deep dive into the world of General Assembly. There are seats for around 100 colleagues in each class. Please note – to fully take part in these classes, you will need a laptop or tablet. Please ensure you have them with you on day 2.
