CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing via email to BIWAC@downtowneurope.be
- 75% of registration fee may be refunded before 9th April 2025. Payment is non-refundable thereafter.
Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
