Yes, the prices of the Friday evening social events are included in your ticket price.
However, our ability to provide excursions at no additional cost relies on having an accurate headcount. We ask that you plan accordingly and let us know should your plans change. Any delegate who is registered for the Friday activities after May 13, but fails to participate, will be charged a $40 no-show fee.

Applying for a visa can sometimes be a very lengthy process and the time it can take to process visa applications varies greatly depending on your country of residence. For more information, and to determine if you need a visa, we recommend you contact the American Embassy in your country. In order for you to obtain your visa in time for this year's North America conference, we are advising delegates to start the application process as soon as you know you will be attending the conference. Please contact Moore North America at events@moore-na.com should you require an invitation letter.
Delegate fees are charged in US Dollars.
All fees are in US Dollars. A refund, net of any bank charges incurred by Moore North America, will be made if written or emailed cancellation is received 30 days prior to the date of the event (April 27). Any cancellation after this date will result in forfeiture of registration fees paid or registration fees due for payment. Substitutions of named delegates from a firm may be made up to Wednesday, May 20. Please send notification of cancellation or substitution to events@moore-na.com. For the health and safety of all delegates, should you test positive for COVID-19 please notify Moore North America for policy concessions.
