A Wild Perspective: A Private Tour of the San Diego Zoo

9:15 am - 1:30 pm

Join us for a private, behind-the-scenes experience at the San Diego Zoo. Guests will explore the grounds by golf cart, enjoy up-close encounters with animals, and gain insight into what happens beyond the public pathways.

Guests should meet in the lobby at 9:15 AM for departure. Please be prepared for a fair amount of walking and plan accordingly with comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for a morning outdoors.

Navigate with Purpose: Social Ambition

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Join us as we head to Fiesta Island for this year’s Social Ambition activity. We’ll spend the afternoon together cleaning up the shoreline, soaking up the San Diego sunshine, and making a visible impact on the local community.

It’s a hands-on way to connect with fellow attendees, get outside, and do something meaningful. Please bring a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and closed-toe shoes. Gloves and trash bags will be provided. 

Please meet in the lobby at 3:45 pm. 

Out of Office: Sunset at Bali Hai

6:10 pm - 9:30 pm

We are heading to Bali Hai for a vibrant, island-inspired evening on the waterfront. With Hawaiian shirts, ocean views, and tropical flavors setting the tone, this is your chance to relax, reconnect, and celebrate together in true San Diego style.

The night won’t stop at dinner — we’ll also be treated to an island-style dance performance and an exciting fire poi and fire knife show that’s sure to light up the evening. Whether you’re soaking in the sunset, applauding the performers, or deep in conversation with colleagues, this is a night designed for energy, connection, and a little bit of wow.

Buses will depart from the hotel lobby at 6:10 PM, so please plan to meet there promptly as we head over together.

Sea you Later: San Diego Coastal Cruise

3:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Before you head to the airport, join us for an open-water excursion along the San Diego coastline. We’ll travel beyond the breakwater into deeper waters, keeping an eye out for dolphins and other ocean wildlife.

With local San Diego beers and wine served on board, this experience offers the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Whether you’re there for the views, the conversation, or simply one last coastal moment, it’s an ideal way to wrap up the week before your late-night flight.
