Payment & expenses

The main objective of the #1VS is to allow for best practice sharing and to strengthen the brain health advocacy community. To this end, participants are not financially remunerated for their participation in the #1VS.

Lundbeck will however cover all reasonable expenses in connection to the #1VS. These include transportation to and from the airport in your home country, as well as transportation to and from the airport in Copenhagen, accommodation, meals, and refreshments, in accordance with compliance guidelines and local requirements. Most costs will be pre-paid by Lundbeck, but if you find yourself needing to make an #1VS-related expense, please keep your receipt and send it to your Lundbeck contact person within 10 business days of the #1VS to process the reimbursement.

All other personal expenses not connected to the #1VS will not be reimbursed by Lundbeck. These include items such as entertainment, museums, shopping, use of private hotel facilities or room service.
