Accommodation
The accommodation is at Hotel Scandic Spectrum.
We cannot guarantee early check-in will be available, but we will do our outmost to accommodate early arrivals. Please check in directly upon arrival at the hotel’s reception.
Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included in your hotel room reservation.
Dress code
The dress code for the meeting and #1VoiceSummit activities is smart-casual.
The weather in Copenhagen can vary greatly, but in June we typically see mild summer days with no to little rain. A light jacket and some comfortable shoes should do the trick.
Transportation to and from Copenhagen
Lundbeck will arrange and cover the costs of your transportation to and from Copenhagen. If you have not yet received your travel itinerary, please contact your local Lundbeck representative.
Local transfers
All local transfers in Copenhagen will be pre-arranged by Lundbeck except transport to and from Copenhagen Airport (see the "Local transport in Copenhagen" section below for more information).
This year's #1VS is taking place at Scandic Spectrum and will be within walking distance of all venues. Lundbeck will not be pre-arranging transport to and from Copenhagen Airport (see the "Local transport in Copenhagen" section below for more information).
On Tuesday 16 June
- From Scandic Spectrum to the welcome reception at IDA (7-minute walk): please meet the #1VS group in the hotel lobby at 17.15 PM.
- From the IDA welcome reception to Scandic Spectrum (7-minute walk): After the reception, please meet the #1VS group in the IDA lobby at 20.00 PM.
On Wednesday 17 June
- No morning transfers as all sessions take place at Scandic Spectrum.
- From Scandic Spectrum to Viva Restaurant (9-minute walk): please meet the #1VS group in the hotel lobby at 18.10 PM to walk to the restaurant.
- From Viva Restaurant to Scandic Spectrum (9-minute walk): please be ready to leave with the #1VS group at 21.30 PM to walk back to the hotel.
On Thursday 18 June
- No local transfers as all sessions take place at Scandic Spectrum.
Local transport in Copenhagen
Upon arrival to Copenhagen, please use public transport or take a taxi to Scandic Spectrum.

The journey from Copenhagen airport to Scandic Spectrum will take you approximately 20 minutes by taxi. There is a taxi rank just outside the airport arrivals area. The rate will be approximately DKK 350-400 from the airport to the hotel.
Taxi fares include VAT and tips, and you can normally pay by credit card. If paying with cash, please note that the currency in Denmark is Kroner (DKK).
