INSOL International is pleased to return to Guernsey in 2026 for the INSOL International Channel Islands Seminar, bringing together insolvency and restructuring professionals for a focused and engaging programme in a unique offshore jurisdiction.

Organised in partnership with ARIES, with the valued support of leading restructuring professionals from across the region, the seminar will provide a forum for thoughtful discussion, practical insight and the exchange of ideas among practitioners from the Channel Islands and beyond.

Developed under the guidance of a dedicated organising committee, the technical programme will examine key regional and international developments, alongside current challenges and emerging trends impacting the insolvency and restructuring landscape. Through expert-led sessions and practical case studies, delegates will gain valuable perspectives and share best practices with peers.

The seminar will also offer excellent opportunities for professional connection, including scheduled networking breaks and a Networking Reception following the day’s sessions, providing an ideal setting to strengthen existing relationships and build new ones within the profession.

Delegates may claim up to 5.5 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) by attending this event.
