INSOL International is committed to fostering a truly inclusive global community. We believe our seminars should be accessible to professionals worldwide, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, age, disability, or socioeconomic background.
We are proud to offer our Diversity & Inclusion Delegate Place Scheme for this seminar. The scheme is designed to support talented professionals from underrepresented groups who may otherwise be unable to attend at a pivotal stage in their careers. Successful applicants will receive a full delegate pass, including access to all conference sessions and networking events.
Seminars
Application
The scheme is primarily intended for individuals from underrepresented groups who believe they would significantly benefit from attending the seminar.
Applicants are invited to submit an application form which will include two concise paragraphs outlining:
Why they believe they are a strong candidate for a Diversity & Inclusion Delegate Place for the relevant seminar; and
How attendance would support their professional and personal development.
Selection
All applications will be reviewed by the Bursary Review Panel. In its deliberations, the Panel will use recognised definitions of protected characteristics as a starting point, while acknowledging that diversity takes many forms and should be interpreted in the broadest and most inclusive sense.
Awards
Successful applicants will receive a full delegate ticket to the relevant event.
Please note that two Diversity & Inclusion Delegate Places are available for each seminar.
Diversity and inclusion places are available on the following seminars:
Channel Islands Seminar (17 September 2026) - applications for diversity and inclusion places for this seminar will close a month before the seminar date
Cayman Islands Seminar (12 November 2026) - applications for diversity and inclusion places for this seminar will close a month before the seminar date
Dates for seminars being held in 2027 will be published here in due course.
