Insolvency Practitioner Training, Nairobi

Half-day programme on the afternoon of 21 October

The Association of Turnaround and Insolvency Kenya (ATIK), INSOL International and the World Bank Group will
deliver a practical training programme focused on the realities of the first 30 days post-appointment.

  • Built around a cross-border case study, topics may include:
  • A practical checklist for early-stage challenges
  • Stakeholder and creditor communications
  • Drafting creditor proposals and meeting minutes
  • Setting a strategy and plan for the mandate
  • Standardising basic practices

A certificate of attendance, including CPD points, will be awarded.
