Companion Program

Companion Program Registration is now closed.

To support final planning and operational requirements, we have confirmed participant numbers with our tour operators and local partners. As a result, we are unable to accept any additional companion tour registrations in advance of the conference.

If you have a companion who has not yet registered for a tour and would still like to participate, please visit the Companion Desk onsite during the conference. Our team will be happy to review any remaining availability and advise which tours, if any, can accommodate additional participants.

Please note:

  • Tour availability cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to remaining capacity.
  • Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Full payment will be required at the time of booking.
  • Once a tour has reached capacity, no additional spaces will be available.
  • Transportation, venue capacities, and supplier commitments may limit our ability to accommodate late requests.
  • Companion program fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed onsite.
