Accommodations & Travel

All conference sessions will take place at The Westin Ottawa. 

Please note that The Westin Ottawa is now sold out. All attendees requiring accommodations should book their stay at the Fairmont Château Laurier, via their website, as our direct booking link with reduced rates has expired.

The Welcome Reception on October 5 will be held at the Fairmont Château Laurier. All daytime sessions, plenary meetings, and the Awards Dinner on October 7 will take place at The Westin Ottawa.

Guests staying at the Fairmont Château Laurier can easily walk between the two hotels.

Travel

Attendee arrival and departure expectations
Attendees should plan to arrive in Ottawa on Monday, October 5 in time to attend the welcome reception, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The conference ends on Wednesday, October 7 at 11:00pm.
