INSOL / World Bank Group Legislative & Regulatory Colloquium Sunday 26 June

INSOL and World Bank Group will be holding the third Legislative and Regulatory Colloquium on Sunday 26 June 2022 prior to the main conference programme. This followson from the highly successful meeting held alongside INSOL Singapore in 2019, attended by over 40 participants from 28 jurisdictions; and builds on the regular virtual fora we have held in the last two years.
This year the colloquium will be a full day event and we anticipate will be attendedby legislators, regulators and others involved in the drafting of insolvency legislation and enable in-depth discussion of what is on the regulatory and legislative agenda across the globe. Delegates will be able to join the discussions by video conferenceif they are not able to attend in person. The strategic objective of the Legislative and Regulatory Colloquium is to provide a unique forum for those responsible for drafting, enacting and enforcing the laws and rules governing their country’s insolvency and restructuring processes.
Participation is by invitation only to ensure a candid dialogue.
Full time legislators and regulators attending the L&R Colloquium will also receive a complimentary registration to the main conference.
