INSOL has negotiated a limited number of guestrooms at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House.  These rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis.  The group room rates will also apply three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates based upon availability of group rooms at the time of request. RESERVATION DEADLINE: 3 JUNE 2022  (subject to availability)
Reservation requests received after the Cut-Off Date will be accepted only at the hotel’s discretion on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate. Reservations are subject to guestroom and rate availability. All hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate to make and cancel directly with the hotel.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fee of 50% of the total value of the stay will apply if cancelled between 27 March and 25 May 2022.  Any cancellations, reductions of stay or no shows after 27 May 2022 will be subject to full penalty charges (all reserved nights).

REGISTERED ATTENDEES POLICY
These exclusive hotel rates and rooms are only for registered attendees of the event (delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and other invited guests). The organiser and/or the hotel reserve the right to cancel any hotel bookings made by persons who are not attending the event.
