Meeting Logistics

The schedule for the workshop will be released soon, but note that all 50 oral preference Abstract
submissions have been able to be accommodated as 12-minute talks (10 min + 2 min Qs) within the programme”
There will be 1 poster session on Monday afternoon, for the 17 poster preference Abstracts submitted.
When preparing your poster, please note that poster boards support “A0 portrait“ poster.
Poster-printing facilities are available on campus and we expect it will be possible to have your poster printed in Leeds
and delivered to the registration desk for you to collect at the workshop (details to be provided here soon, once confirmed)

Workshop Venue
The SSiRC workshop will take place in the Leeds Univ. Business School (LUBS):
 
Arrival and registration
Registration, refreshments, poster sessions and breakout-groups are in the Clarendon Building:
 
All University teaching and meeting rooms adhere to strict CoViD protocols:
 
There are two neighbouring buildings that together comprise the Business School, the Maurice Keyworth building and the Clarendon building.
 
Session Rooms 
Arrival/registration each day is in Clarendon Building large seminar room GR.01 (ground floor)

Each of the main sessions of talks will take place in Business School “Lecture Theatre G.02”, which is in the Maurice Keyworth building, and has a standard capacity of 162:
 
Posters will be displayed on poster-boards within Clarendon building large seminar room 1.06
 
Lunch (cold sandwich buffet) will be provided also from Clarendon Building GR.01 (there are indoor seating areas in the Clarendon Building in case of inclement weather, with access also to the 4 seminar rooms open also)
