AI Innovation Webinar Part II

The UK is home to some of the world’s strongest university research groups in AI such as Cambridge, Edinburgh, Oxford and UCL and lie at the heart of the key UK AI clusters, each with experience of nurturing successful AI start-ups. (e.g. London – Deep Mind; Cambridge – SwiftKey; Oxford – Deep Blue Labs; Edinburgh – Skyscanner).

The British Embassy in Oslo and the UK’s Department for International Trade together with UK’s Science & Innovation Network would like to invite Nordic and Baltic based companies, researchers and investors to the second part of its AI innovation webinar.

The event series aim to facilitate partnership building and knowledge sharing in an area that is rapidly developing, and this second event will focus on:

  • Scientific demonstrations of the use of AI in research
  • Insights into major opportunities in AI innovation and commercialisation

The first part of the webinar provided a general overview of the AI sector deal, policy and the AI roadmap, as well as insights into the UK AI ecosystem.
