The 26th Annual Meeting of the European Charcot Foundation, Baveno, Italy, 15/11/2018-17/11/2018 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 13 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).
Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Certificate of Attendance
Your certificate of attendance will be sent to you after completing the online evaluation form.
An invitation to complete the online evaluation will be mailed to you (email provided with your registration) after the closing of the 26th Annual Meeting.
