Prices are including coffee & tea breaks, lunches, cocktail hour and conference diner on Friday October 4th.
Group registration, with a 10% discount, is possible when you and your colleagues register at the same time.
T-Scan User Meeting & Masterclasses Cancellation and Refund Policy
The 6th T-Scan User Meeting & Masterclasses Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:
Cancellation of registration and payment may only be done in writing.
'In writing' includes electronic communications; per e-mail to info@reinholding-meetings.nl or info@jvncongress.nl
Registration and payment cancelled before September 1, 2019 is refundable but subject to € 75,- administrative fee.
If applicable, refunds will be processed after the T-scan User Meeting & Masterclasses.
Participants cancelling after September 1, 2019 will not receive any refund.
In case of cancellation your registration after September 1, you may transfer your registration and payment to a colleague. The invoice will be revised accordingly to the new participant.
In case of cancellation your hotel booking, please contact the conference hotel Kontakt der Kontinenten.
If Easier Dental Care must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, Easier Dental Care will refund the costs of registration. However, Easier Dental Care does not hold responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses, including travel costs and hotel accommodation.
