How can we ensure a safe event?
COVID has definitely not gone away, unfortunately. Whilst we can enjoy the freedom of travel and events again, we should still be sensible and consider what we can do to make meeting in person as safe as possible for everyone.
We will update this page with the latest information on any changes to local restrictions or travel but please also be proactive in checking for your own country and airlines.

- Please do not travel if you have cold or flu like symptoms
- Although self-testing is not mandatory, we would like to ask that you take a self-test before you travel, and for the safety and health of your fellow colleagues and conference guests, bring a self-test with you so that you can test the morning of the conference.
- If you do not have self-tests at home, please buy a couple and you can charge this to the conference budget.
- There will be hand sanitiser in various locations throughout the hotel.
- The wearing of masks is not mandatory, but if you feel more confortable you should consider bringing some with you for public transport, airports and whilst around large groups.
