Registration fees ICAS 11

The fee includes access to all ICAS 11 activities, coffee breaks during the conference, welcome reception, closing party and a conference kit. It also includes access to the Engaging With Vietnam 11 activities.

* Onsite registration is only available at the registration desk at Kamerlingh Onnes, Steenschuur 25
   Payment can be done via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover en Diners Club, JCB or  UnionPay) or in cash (Euro only).
**  There are special rates for (PhD) students. Students will be required to show identification when they collect their registration materials at the conference.

Payment of Registration Fees

• ICAS 11 encourages online credit card payments for its registration fees. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the ICAS 11 secretariat at icas11@iias.nl. 
• Payment can be made by credit card. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

1. Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing or via email and is valid only with acknowledgement of receipt by the ICAS Secretariat.
2. Cancellation fees are dependent on the notice given:
   • If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to the start of the event, the cancellation fee is 100% of the registration fee.
   • If cancellation occurs between 90 days and 45 days prior to the start of the event, the cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee.
   • If cancellation occurs more than 90 days prior to the start of the event, the cancellation fee is €25 for administrative costs.

Registration Badge
Your badge is your proof of registration. A registration badge is required to attend the panel sessions, opening ceremony and closing party. With your badge you will also have free access to, for example, the canal tour, the Hortus Botanicus, and other cultural events. Please note that for some cultural events registration is required, please check the Cultural Events for badge holders page for more details. Please wear this badge at all times when participating in ICAS 11 activities.

Badge Pick-Up
Pre-registered attendees should go directly to the Badge Pickup counters to collect the conference materials (badge, conference bag and conference programme).

On-site Registration
Attendees who have not yet paid the registration fee, should visit the on-site registration counter at the Kamerlingh Onnes during the regular registration hours. Please note that there will not be an onsite registration counter at the Lipsius.
