B2B Meeting Spaces
There will be 8 bookable B2B spaces at the FutureTech Festival on the 12th December at the Imperial.
Registered delegates will receive a link to our event app which will allow companies to book their meeting slots. The app will be linked to venue, location and schedule. The default time slot for a meeting is 30 minutes. Each B2B space will be equipped with a screen which can be connected to a laptop. This will be functional by Monday, 3rd December 2018 and a link will be sent to registered delegates.
Note – The B2B booking space will be active on the app from 3rd December till 11th December (Midnight) . For any requests post that, kindly email the team.
Partners who have pod spaces are encouraged not to request B2B space since they will already have a designated space through the day.
