In which languages will the conference be held? Will there be translations? 

The EMSP 2026 Annual Conference will be held in English. Interpretation between German and English is foreseen. 

How can I pay for my ticket? 

Payment is allowed via Bank Transfer and Credit Card. 

Payment by credit card is processed via Stripe. Stripe accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express from customers worldwide. 

My credit card payment failed. How can I arrange payment? 

If you want to pay via credit card and it fails, please contact your issuing bank first. It might be that payments to Czech Republic are blocked for security reasons.

The conference is based in Berlin, Germany. 

The organising secretariat is based in Brussels, Belgium.

How can I become an EMSP speaker?

The majority of the speaking slots are already filled for this year. However, we may be interested in your work and consider you for this or future EMSP Conferences.
