REGISTRATION CATEGORIES
 

EMSP Members

EMSP Member tickets are exclusively forEMSP members organisations staff and their representatives.

The registration fee for EMSP member includes conference participation; lunch/coffee breaks on conference days; and Networking dinner. If you’re unsure whether your organisation qualifies, please contact us with the name of your organisation and details of your involvement.

Other Organisations: 

These tickets are available for all participants from non-profit Organisations, Institutions and Universities who are not members of an EMSP organisation.

The registration fee for the other Organizations includes conference participation; lunch/coffee breaks on the conference days, and Networking dinner participation. 

German Residents

German Residents' tickets are for DMSG members, individual people with MS and their caregivers residing in Germany.

The registration fee for German Residents' includes conference participation; lunch/coffee breaks on the conference days, and Networking dinner participation. 

Corporate (Non-Sponsor)

The Corporate (non sponsor) ticket is available for private companies which do not sponsor the EMSP Conference 2026. 

The registration fee for Corporates includes conference participation; lunch/coffee breaks on the conference days, and Networking dinner participation. 

Individual Conference Pass

The Individual Conference Pass is available for any individuals who are not representing any non-profit Organisation, Institution, University or Private Company. 

The registration fee for this category includes conference participation; lunch/coffee breaks on the conference days, and Networking dinner participation. 

 

 

 
 

 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
 
All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing via email to events@emsp.org. 
  • Cancellation before 15 March 2026 - 50% of the registration fee will be forfeited 
  • Cancellation as of 16 March 2026 - 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited 

Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund. If for any reason, EMSP must cancel the event, EMSP liability is limited to a full refund of the event fee only. 

Registration confirmation will be sent to you immediately for all online registrations. If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours of making the online registration, please contact the team at events@emsp.org.
