Accomodation
INSOL has negotiated a limited number of guestrooms at two hotels close to the ICC Sydney Conference venue. These rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis.
REGISTERED ATTENDEES POLICY
This exclusive hotel rate and rooms are for registered attendees of the conference (delegates, sponsors, and speakers). The organiser and/or the hotels reserve the right to cancel any hotel bookings made by persons who are not attending the conference.

The room rate is inclusive of GST*, and does not include breakfast.
The group room rates will also apply three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates based upon availability of group rooms at the time of request.
RESERVATION DEADLINE:25 March 2027 (subject to availability)
Reservation requests received after the Cut-Off Date will be accepted only at the hotel’s discretion on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate. Reservations are subject to guestroom and rate availability. All hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate to make and cancel directly with the hotel.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
From Booking Date to 45 days prior to arrival: Cancellations will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 44 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay of each room cancelled.
All rooms must be pre-paid at the time of booking. All rooms not held with a 100% non-refundable deposit / pre-payment will be released.
Any additional booking requests will be subject to the availability of the agreed rate.
In the Event of a “Non Arrival” on the contracted date of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 29 days or less before arrival will incur a cancellation fee (before 11:59 PM AEST local hotel time). After this time, full cancellation fees of all night stay would apply (non-refundable).
No-Shows will be charged 100% of the total room nights
