INSOL / World Bank Group Legislative & Regulatory Colloquium
Sunday 9 - Monday 10 May 2027

Closed Meeting

The eighth Legislative & Regulatory Colloquium will be a one-and-a-half-day colloquium taking place on the afternoon of Sunday 9 May, and Monday 10 May, alongside the INSOL Sydney Conference.  The Colloquium brings together legislators and regulators from around the globe to discuss common issues with peers and other invited stakeholders.

The aim of the meeting is to enable in-depth discussion of what is on the regulatory and legislative agenda across the globe. The strategic objective of the Legislative and Regulatory Colloquium is to provide a unique forum for those responsible for drafting, enacting, and enforcing the laws and rules governing their country’s insolvency and restructuring processes.

Delegates will be able to join the discussions by video conference if they are not able to attend in person.

Participation is by invitation only to ensure a candid dialogue.

Full-time legislators and regulators attending the L&R Colloquium will also receive a complimentary registration to the main conference on Tuesday 11 May.

The programme will be available soon.
