Since 1995, INSOL International, UNCITRAL and subsequently the World Bank Group have jointly sponsored a series of unique and important international Judicial Colloquia. These Colloquia have brought together judges from around the world to consider insolvency-related issues and practice.

In addition to these biennial Colloquia, INSOL, UNCITRAL and The World Bank Group organise more focused Judicial Round Tables to encourage discussion both at a regional level, enabling a greater number of judges to participate; and at a specialist level, gathering senior judges with experience of major restructurings and reorganisations involving courts.

The Sydney Judicial Round Table is an invitation only meeting for the judges from the Asia-Pacific region. To register your interest, please contact Susannah.thomson@insol.org.

All judges attending the Judicial Round Table are invited to attend the main INSOL Sydney Conference at no cost. The dates of the main conference are 9-11 May 2027.
